Hi everyone, I joined CG as a fresher in Nov 2021 and got my first promotion from A4 to A5(Sr. Analyst) in June 2023. Now as per my manager he said I won't get a hike this April. So when can I expect my hike/promotion and how much.

Maybe in June 2024 but don't expect much hike. They don't care how productive you are or how much effort you put into your work. You'll receive some default hike which is around 5-7% that's it. So expect your CTC to be around 4.5LPA after the hike

I joined in October 2021 so oct-dec batches come under the same category so as you said we got A5 promotion in June so next promotion will be in the same June 2024.
I don't know about role promotion but hike will be default 4% they don't care about your efforts or work
