When will I get a reliving letter after resignation.

With resignation acceptance email and declaration that will submit relieving letter shortly.

Has your manager agreed to release you ?

I have resigned two months ago but manager stated I have to serve 90 days. Even there is no dependency still asking me to come to office 9 hours a day and attend full 90 days.
