When will I get a promotion?
I have 5 years of experience in tcs. I didn't get a promotion yet. My salary is 4.93. How can I get a promotion? Is it auto approval or do I need to ask the manager? If yes, did I need to ask to team lead first and then to the manager?
Manager is supposed to initiate promotion followed by approvals from senior management and HR. Instead of waiting forever for a promotion, try switching. You'll get better hike along with the promotion.
You are from BPO . Same for me also I am in tcs from 8 years package only 4.5. I have my personal issues hence not able to resign. You do not wait for promotion rather switc if you can. I am fighting from last 2 years from my promotion with manager ,senior manager and HR nothing happen and yes every 6 month HR is changed and I have to tell my story everytime
