When will be the salary credited for the March month, is it on 28th or 31st?

Seems like on 28th as its a public holiday and in TCS calendar as well its marked as a holiday. But RBI directed all agency banks and banks handling government transactions to remain open on 31st as its FY end. So, not sure entirely.
