When will be the promotion cycle for getting promoted from C1 to C2?

Yes even if I ask my manager , she says she will do it once the cycle opens. It's all scam anyways... I just wish to get away from this company now

Check with your manager and HR.

It’s nothing short of a SCAM. When I ask my Manager, he puts it on my HR and if I approach my HR, she says that it needs to be initiated by my Manager.
