During town hall, Shaji Mathew said the focus of the compensation review cycle at Infosys would be tenured as well as high performing employees

So if you are falling in these you may get your 2%😅

You might get the letters by Nov 28th and get it in the salary you’ll get on Nov 30th.

Or, you’ll get the letter after a few months (say, January or February) and you’ll get the arrears (from Nov to that month) in that month’s payroll

Mfkers ate arrear from APR and still have the audacity to delay letters. This company should rot in hell.
