Trending @Infosys; When will be next increment cycle happen in Infy for people who didn’t get increment this year ??

As per the current trend, they’ll announce somewhere around end of this year, and release letters by February or March.

Wait for 2026 late second half..

Very realistically it will be April 2026. Announcement will be done June 2026. Being very optimist it will be Jan 2026. Most likely they will go back to April hike cycles . Pls remember the last hike infy gave was after 2.5 to 3 years. So don’t have high hopes

I joined in June 2024 will I get any appraisal or not?
