In December Payslip you can Identify your Hike if applied

The process is as follows:-

1. Rating release end of may every year (Annual performance)
2. Salary hike (MSI merit salary incentive) sept month every year
3. MSI credit from Nov month salary (MSI dues October)

Nov salary provided you get a decent rating

Ask your manager that. Looks like he didn't tell you purpose of discussion

I think discussion was only for rating , not for hike ...

For Hikes there will not be any discussions 😄😄😞

Rating will be provided may month end. Hike letters may be released in oct 25.
