When we'll get Quarterly incentive for Q4 ? In Mrach Salary or April Salary?

TCS pays variable pay in the next month of quarter end. Jan to Mar is Q4, so April month salary will have variable pay included.
Q3 variable pay was paid in Jan month's salary.

You will get that at every last month of the quarter if you check the previous month salary slips you will understand

You will get it in the April
