It has been released for grades up to C2 for some projects - I have seen their letters in My Documents

Not possible it would be decrement,I am on C1 and asked same to hr.her response was also same hike are deferred until further notice

If you got D band then I am sure you got a decrement letter but don't think on the side of the increment letter as per TCS management words.
