When we will get salary slip in Tech Mahindra

Is there any one from Tech Mahindra group who can take change ge and increase salary so that we can at least have a good living

I just got an offer from TechM. It has 10%variable pay. HR said you will get a minimum of 80% of it.

Can someone confirm if this is True?
