We are working hard in projects with same hike, salary & specially sr associates (bench warmers) are enjoying with same salary but no VA. TCS rule is good.

They will not hold for a long time, I GUESS post this associate deployment updates , there may be changes in compensation breakup. This may be the reason for the delay.
