Can anyone explain about leave balance . Is company paid us for leave balance I am fresher so not have enough knowledge

Leaves are not encashed, you can only utilise the leaves. Half of the leaves(only 30) can be carry forward to next year, if you dont utilise them.

Once you quit yes. But I think it will be only your basic pay. So no point saving. Anyways anything beyond 30 days will lapse each year
