Trending @Accenture; When we will get Hike/Promotion news from Accenture in this cycle
Hi, recently I had discussed with my People Lead , he told me that they are evaluating my performance and skills and will let me know about hike/ promotion in Oct or November month. I performed well in my project, they are saying only working good is not enough you need to contribute in group and be involved in other Accenture activities. Is this a way to evaluate performance? How much of a chance is to get Hike/ promotion in October or November, I joined Accenture in 2021, till now I didn't get any promotion/ hike , it's been almost 3 years here, I am at level 10 and my salary is below 10 LPA with skills like cloud and Devops, this is too less salary as per market standards,should I move to next company, what is current market status to switch job, is this good time to switch? Please guide, Thank you !
