When we will be able to reject a band ?? I am active person in project and did my best even done overtime as well still got band C .I have recieved appreciation from clients as well , please help me how to reject band and after steps...
My very hardworking colleague also faced this and what he did was, he rejected the band and just told that his efforts were not recognised, and stopped working all together, he told his lead the same in a call, so maybe you can do the same thing and get release and look for better project.
I have already asked for release as My lead changed and he was pressurising so I will tell and Clear everything now and they have to change band by hook or by crook .
In my previous project also I have escalated and got NSA for whole year cleared for whole team adding milind lakhad in email .
Also leads manager is very rude , Delivery head is aware about everything and have asked to wait for release
I will put all artifacts .
Any help or extra comments regarding this situation will be appreciated
Just don't work till band change, take free salary, they will release u automatically
Nothing will happen if you reject the band, you will get more frustrated by the reasons they will give you for the bands.. Better to look for new opportunities outside as they might not release you also
Bro kisi ki batt ke mat aana band reject karna isse kuch hoga nhi band update nhi hoga but jab aap reject karte ho to aapaka ek call hoga with your manager and tower lead. Vha aap apne points btaoge to to vo manenge nhi but unhe at least ye to pta chalega ki aap satisfied nhi ho is band se. Or agar aap ek important asset ho apne project ke liye to vo aapko project me rakhne ke liye duch acche offer kar sakte hai. Nhi to satisfied ho gye Jo Mila usi me to management bolega ki aap khud yhi expect kar rhe the so vo aapko mil gya.

Band Change krwake hi manunga bhai Unit change krwayi mne sidha head k pass jaake, plus last project m NSA clear krwaya sidha Milind Lakad ko escalate karke band accepted tha jb kuch kaam nhi krta but I have worked too much for this project
