The fixed salary will be divided to two parts or variable pay is added with existing fixed salary?

Don't trust variable pay. You will never get it 100%. Just your CTC will be inflated.

They will add variable pay and that can be any % of your fixed pay but max 10% . Also the fixed pay wont be decreased from your current one. Mostly CG pays 80-100% of variable pay if you have performed well.
