Guys, I Joined Accenture on Dec 23 level 12.3 and in November 24 I got my first Sublevel movement implemented on Dec 24 So the question Would I can expect the next Sublevel movement will happen on August or Sep 25

And how many percentage change we received on our fixed salary after Sublevel movement ?

What is sublevel movement? Never heard of it happening in Accenture. Either you are promoted to next level or no promotion, nothing in between

Until level 10 their are sub level moments in ea ch level for eg 12.3, 12.2 , 12.1 and then you are promoted to level 11

Pir actual Sublevel is not showing us over workday or any other portal it's only possible when we received email for Sublevel movement time

I believe you will receive a sublevel movement in this December not sure on this but yes in 12 months atleast you receive a default movement so in December you will be probably on 12.1 l
