For Q1 promotions , I guess for some accounts it's already done bcz from my team two people designation got changed on 10 of April , so for my account it's done. Also heard same for other account as well , so better you should talk directly with your PM and HR to get clarity if you are in list or not
Companies will take advantage of the geopolitical tension and recession and will try to postpone promotions and reduce hike percentages.
Not to break all your hopes but keep your expectations low and take this as motivation to improve skills and switch for better packages Instead of completely depending on promotion.
True. I was thinking the same. I am sure they will delay it saying global slowdown due to trump tariff. So tired of this. Expecting promotion since last September.
