Trending @Capgemini; When we are working in a project can we work from the nearest location office??

I am married and living in the base location for nearly 11 months away from my husband. Even though the whole team is not in one location they were saying that for your BU location transfer is not possible like that. I don't know when they will relocate me if they say this every time. It's been 20 months since I joined this company. When iam on bench they said you can relocate after getting the project and now they were saying for this BU relocation is not possible.
