Did anyone say anything, managers, TLs , HR

In another du I know, an employee was fired recently as he was not following the rules of RTO, he got several warning emails which he didn't cared about and one day he was told he is fired.

See, it's all depends upon ur Leads/Service delivery manager,
If they want then u can do wfh but if they don't want then u have to return to office.
In Accenture, few leads and managers are very good while few manager think they are equal to God

My PL keeps telling me to follow the RTO, especially when I get a warning email. He knows about my personal issues, and it takes me about 16 hours to get to the base location.
He is concerned that if HR becomes aware, I may face consequences. However, I have observed that all these warning emails are addressed to me and my PL, and not to HR. Ultimately, it is up to the project lead to decide whether you can work from home or are required to go to the office, even if none of your team members are located at your base.

My client says my location don't have to come as I'm part of low risk group whereas other locations are required to come. My manager told me even if client says don't come to office, just do WFO 2 times a month so that HR doesn't raise issues. Rest all they'll handle. Lucky to get such Manager. As some said there are good managers and then there are god level ego managers.

Are jab aap job chodte ho toh apki value bahar khade chokidar se bhi niche hoti hai jyada dimag mat lagaya ker yaha
