When was the last time you gave a compliment to a guy, and for what reason?

I complimented one of my buds on his ted lasso-ish positivity. Annoying as shite, but in some bad days it's good to have a non stop positivity machine as a friend.

Oh I do! On Grapevine itself, I have reached out to few appreciating them for intelligent and/or funny comments that they write.

At work, something that really makes my mind go 🤯, I make a point to appreciate that.

There are so many instances where I feel this person should be appreciated, but have to think twice if it will sound professional enough. I mostly do a toned down appreciations.
