When to Switch?!!!

I got placed in TCS Smart Hiring Program and now I’m about to have 2 YOE, along with that I am also pursuing MBA IT management. Recently I got A Band but hike looks like a single strand of hair as per the tasks assigned and efforts given by me. But on the other hand, I’m getting continuous appreciation from Client Side but now a bit confused, when to switch as I’m in dilemma that should I switch after MBA Completion or before that. Pls suggest, every suggestion matters..!!!

Sorry to say this but your online MBA is far far less valuable than offline ones. I suggest you become better in tech skills before switching

Bhai the right time to switch is jab koi or company 90 days notice except krle 🤡
