When to negotiate an offer?
I got 24 LPA offered by Company A.
I have interviews with Company B tomorrow.
Company B is offering me 21 LPA.
I like company B better than company A.
When do I tell them that I got another offer from a different company and would want them to negotiate their offer?

Should I tell them after completing all the interviews and before receiving the offer letter?

After they have created the offer letter?
When I ask "When do I tell them?" I meant company A. Not the current company I'm working at .
Firstly, don't Panic. Now Give interview, you can learn something new from it. Take the offer letter. Now try to offer shop in outside market. Maybe you can create Company C which is better than A and B. And Do not feel guilty about it. When they layoff people, they dont feel guilty. So chill and enjoy. If you really want to go to company B like really then tell all the other companies that I joined another company due to personal reasons.
