When to leave TCS
I joined TCS last month, and within a month i understood that TCS is not for me, My question here is, when should I leave TCS so that i don't get into any consequences in the next company. I am planning to stay here for at least 1 year.
I also recently joined TCS and feeling like a hell. No professionalism, bad work culture. Can’t survive here for a year. I also don’t have any offer in hand right now. Bro don’t stay here for a long. I am feeling regret that why i joined in this org. Better to leave asap.

if you are not in project, then you can leave asap. Still if you trust in tcs then you can stay here. I never recommend tcs for anyone like who people want to grow and who want to settle in life then don’t stay in tcs. If people want to sit simply like in bench, manager role then tcs will be best place for them only. If you truly working and sincerely delivering the work, no respect here and no decent hike for them, no appreciation. These all happening here. it’s not worth to stay here.
Leave after 1 year, check if they give you on-site.
