Trending @Infosys; When to expect TA to TL promotion?

Dear Friends, I have got commendable and outstanding ratings from the last 3 years. Will I be promoted to TL from TA this time or is it completely dependent on my manager's decision.

Suppose if I get promoted what hike percentage can I expect ?
