Trending @Infosys; When to expect promotion to TA from SSE?

I have joined infy as a fresher on 23rd Dec ‘21, currently i am SSE with rating as commendable (last cycle: 23-24), with appreciation from client this year. So my question is when should i expect a promotion? Or ask my manager about it? (FYI - i am planning to ask him during year end evaluation). Please let me know, the best course of action or steps to keep in mind.

Current CTC ~4.9 (fix 4.3 + var 0.6), variable is shift incentive, And what will CTC be after promotion?
