When to expect Project Allocation for New Ninja Trainees

I completed the 2 months ILP training with Java and have been waiting for Project Allocation for 2 weeks. While my other ILP colleagues are getting projects, Few even getting developer projects as a Ninja Associate. My questions are

1. When can I expect to get allocated? If Most of us are getting support/testing then why such delay.

2. moreover, is mapping new trainees to projects completely random because even with my location proximity, I am not getting calls for projects.

I am getting tensed, unable to focus on coding.
