Trending @HCL; When this year variable pay letter will release? Any idea..🤔

Worst management, they say they will do everything on timely manner but this never happens. Eagerly waiting for Variable pay

In 2023 it was released on 30th May & in 2024 it was released on 29th May.

Depends on month of joining, say joined Jan or Feb, will get in may month, and if joined April may, it will be august-sept as per normal conditions of HCL unless delay is notified.

It should be May month in the middle .

Usually how much % should we get every year?
