When this layoffs will stop in tcs? 18 days in bench

Your grade, skillset?

Honestly from personal experience.. People who are supposed to get project, get within the first 15 days.. After that chances become very bleak..

Did calls come?

I got to know that RMG is targeting resources so that they will not receive any call from the project and then they will terminate them

Somehow survive till October end.. things gonna change believe me but survive till October.

They way TCS handling resources now. It is going to be a continuous process . May stop in layoff might happen but the concept of fluidity list will remain with TCS

Until TCS exist in earth

On bench since 20 days. Was shortlisted for 2 projects and they supposed to allocate but no update. I have follow up and they mention we have already informed just wait. So may be I am in fluidity?????
