once there are no employees left in the organization.

Resign and switch

It won't stop except for freshers with less than 2-3 years exp. and oldies with more than 15 years in the org.

The plan is to continue firing for some employees every year. Nearly 2% of workforce will be removed annually forever now.

No answer, but resignations are increasing in tcs external hires show less interest to join. Coming jan 2026 Qtr tcs may come up with some strategy.
