When there is a client holiday but no holiday at my location. I marked non billable but manager forced me to mark leave.

Tcs is the worst and the manager is also pathetic. Having client VDI laptop and tcs laptop surrender in force of manager.

For client holidays they forced me to take leaves.

Anyone facing the same issues.

I don't understand your issue at the first place. What do you follow in your project? Indian holidays or client holidays?

Earlier I was following a client holiday but then my base location holiday were not given and need to take leaves on those days.

I faced issues on the festival holiday and then I raised concern and was planning to put paper then the manager said it is common practice. You can follow base location holiday and on client location holiday if client allow then work else to apply leave on those days of non billing.

It seems to me you messed it up yourself. In all projects either you follow Indian holidays or client holidays. Both are not followed. You demanded for both and your manager decided to teach you a lesson.

Ask your manager to send you where that rule is written that you should apply for leave in such situations, also ask why can't your timesheet be customised in accordance with the client holiday, and have every conversation over mail.

Remember if you let them step on you, they will step on you.

This happens in every service based company. If there is a client holiday then you have to apply leave.

Me 😁 2 mnth pehele mera laptop khrb hua identify hua to pta chla ki due to heat hair like screen damage hai. It team bolu project pe won se approve krwa lo.. manager ne mna Kiya ... Wahi same manager mujhe bolta hai ki personal laptop se kmm karlo it won't create much issues because we work under AWS workspace 😂🧐
