Had a similar problem earlier.
Once you wake up, sit outside and face the sun (don’t directly see obv) for 5-6 min. That helps with mental state

Do a 30-1 hr walk in evening. You’ll see immediate improvement in anxiety

Cut caffeine be it coffee or tea

Take soothing herbs like chamomile tea with few strands of kesar

Also omega 3, vitamin d and C are shown to have improved mental state.

Go to a temple near you in evening and sit there and hear the hymns for 10 mins.

Follow this for a week , It will be noticeable. Going back to normal will take time though , 3-4 months minimum but gradually you’ll be alright again :)

That sounds great! Forgot that lavender essential oil is also good. I used to apply a bit of it on my clothes during those difficult times and it did break the thought cycle. It’s aromatherapy
