Trending @Accenture; When the Offer is Light, But the Irony is Heavy
Just got a job offer from Infy for 14 LPA… while currently at Accenture drawing 16 LPA.
Cleared 2 rounds, including a face-to-face interview... which was conducted virtually. Irony? They even gave me a laptop to attend the virtual F2F at Infy office.
Do not understand why they proceed with the interview when they do not have the budget, initially they said that they could do 50%, but in the end it was -15%😂😂
Same happened with me... my package is 10L and they said they can offer 6L. Thye ruined my candidature and cannot reapply now.
Going to infosys, wipro or any other service based from Accenture is completely useless.
In Accenture is 16lpa is your fixed compensation or with variable you are saying

May I know how current job market as company is moving to AI are u getting calls ?
