Is it by September they close the deal? And by November they announce? Generally what is the process? As far I know till August end we do have feedback back cycle and one on one communication wid managers.

Your people lead will let you know about the end of October or in November. The cycle is delayed this year.

They can consider till August month performance, revealed on early of November .applicable from November and hike salary credited on end of the December.you can celebrate in the month of January with your hike salaray
