Is there any rule in cognizant that we should definitely apply maternity leave at least 14 days prior to Estimated delivery date or we can apply at a closer date. And can we use our existing leave balance before ML.Kindly leave your suggestions here.

I don’t think there is any specific rule to apply prior 14 days of EDD but i applied such a way so that i can get some rest. Moreover you can use your existing leave balance before or after maternity leave. The choice is yours!!
