When should I tell about my pregnancy in office seeing the current situation in TCS?
Seeing the current scenario in TCS, i believe if you even go for ML, you may end up losing your job after 6 months. Best is discuss with your current project for a 2 week leave during your EDD and then rejoin the team after 2 weeks. Also talk to the manager and get 6 months of WFO exception and less work load if possible. Go on ML only if you are ready to leave TCS after 6 months
Think about your KID and for a healthy delivery not for job and money if you have dependency of your husband till delivery .. by hiding you might need to work 9 hours and reporting also there .. by telling may be nit sure at some point loosing job which none of them knows .. your anxiousness and pressure nit good .. if you can take the work light and if you are a he to manage then you can hide .. don’t go with one opinion take right opinion with right people

At least 2 months before taking maternity leave.
It’s important to inform 3 months before delivery date
