You can't predict when you will get bad review.Once you get the bad review put down your paper and on the last day whisper in your managers ear Sir what you have done to me something can happen to you.

Best time for that was 3 months ago and the next best time is now I mean if you already made up your mind to resign, what difference does it make if they give a bad review in appraisal 🤔
