When should I consider I am growing in life and career?

When you are happy. When your family(including parents, partner and kids if any) is happy. When you can buy things for your parents that they dreamed to buy but couldn't due to raising their kids. When you can spend to buy the needful without any worry in the world(not counting lavish lifestyle). That's when, consider yourself grown in life.

I don't know about career growth. I feel like there is no end to this road.
