Honestly, feeling a bit disappointed this time. Last year, our CEO mentioned that the next hike cycle would be better for employees — but now, with the 2024 appraisal being rolled out in November 2025 and the hike range staying around 1.5%–5%, it’s hard not to feel demotivated.
Cognizant has been reporting steady profits quarter after quarter, so naturally, many of us expected the hike structure to reflect that growth. Hopefully, the next cycle (2026) brings more positive news and better differentiation for high performers.

Next year CEO salary would again get doubled and trippled and our story would remain same. So skill up and leave. I'll do the same atleast
