When my role change
I joined tcs at 10th june 2024 , last month i completed one year . When my role will change from systems engineer to senior? And when i am eligible for appraisal?
@SweetRetina5 Bhai pehle to dp badal tera. Ek mahan king ka dp rakh kr faltu baatein bolna shobha nhi deta. Now, coming to the point ... Minimum 10 saal gaand ghisne ke baad tu kehlayega senior. Abhi toh tu ande me hai aukat bhulna nhi... Samjha...???
Waah kya baat hai!! Seems like nobody respects you still, although you are already a senior. Seedha sa sawaal hai bechare ka aur kya jawab hai tera? @SweetRetina5 - if you are a lateral joinee then there would be no appraisal for you. Appraisals will kick in from next cycle and consider almost 3-4 saal for every step in promotions during early stages. Starting from C3A it becomes tricky as some people get early promotions and for some it takes 8-9 years as well. Work hard Ann’s don’t get into all this $hit.. work hard, learn and move on from TC$.
