When is the right time to ask for relocation or deputation?

How can I request relocation or deputation? My project team has informed me that I will be released after two months. Due to my dependent parent, I need to move to my hometown. Should I request relocation now, or wait until after my release? I have proper medical documentation to support my request.

No they won't allow to take WFH during bench period but they are fine if you take leave instead...

No bro it will be rejected as you are going to released to RMG who will agree only on the basis of factors like genuine reason like medical with you else with ur parent or marriage if not you should find a project having odc in that location and also request ur manager in convincing ur RMG for the same
