Raise grievance in Ultimatix portal under the talent development department for the same..then only they will know that employees are concerned about this otherwise forget it happening anymore

It wouldn’t help. Concerned HR will connect and tell you the promotion process and close the grievance.

I raised, hr said check with project team as only they have all info and can process promo req.

Appraisal for c3b and above grades didn't happen yet. So no chance of promotion this financial year. May be next year after April we might get some news about it

Search for Grievance Redressal, Select Category as : Human Resources, Sub Category: Promotion
