When is the best time to switch from the TCS

Some brief about me, 1y 5 months experienced, tech stack, react, python,AWS and little bit of gen ai. I want to leave this company asap but I don't have any offers with me. Over my LinkedIn and naukri profile, there is hardly and recruiter actions. What should I do?

Take a few more months, get more expertise in one proper stack.

There are openings. Possible they are not looking for someone with 1.5 YOE.

As per my experience.. Move as early as possible.. It's like a 'panchayat' system in the world of huge IT sphere.. with aspects to Work culture, Salary,learning , everything.. Even you will be missed to learn corporate etiquettes man
