My DOJ is sept '22 and completed 2.5 yrs in PA. When would be my promotion. I have asked both HM and HR but no proper reply. If I go for maternity leave in the next 6 months, will I get a promotion or not in the mean time (6 months).
Can I expect promotion, getting depressed 😞

- Work for another company
- Get more salary from another compan
- Forget about cognizant
