When is appraisal season in your company?

Most of the companies traditionally always had appraisal cycle around April because that's the start of the financial year

We have two, one in Jan/Feb and the other in June/July and you can get appraisals in both seasons.

appraisal is done in jan/feb. But the hike and bonus will be given in aug. corporate slimy bastards..
