When I’ll be eligible for appraisal

I joined TCS in January 2025, my anniversary appraisal will be in 2026. Do we get any hike or something in anniversary appraisal? If not, when can I expect hike in my current Salary ?

Why? In jan 2026 he/she will complete 1 yr and then they will get annual appraisal in 2026 April
