Trending @Accenture; When I will be promoted to CL10from CL11

I joined Accenture at CL11 and now already completed 2 years in the organisation. I have total experience of 4yrs 10months. By when I can expect to get promoted to CL10 and how much hike will be there ?

Promotions are very difficult it’s based on the quota that your DU gets during talent discussions and sometimes during off cycles like the latest Feb 25, if your DU doesn’t get any then no promotion doesn’t matter if you spent 2 or 4 years
