Trending @Accenture; When I try to refer my friend in job portal. I am getting "This candidate already exists in system". any solutions guys ?

It usually takes a year for them to archive previous data. Until then, you cannot refer.

Your friend might have an account already or might have applied for the same position earlier

Use below link to remove profile from database.
After submitting the form you will receive a mail in few days to provide info on the application you applied for then it usually takes 1 month to delete the profile.

Try with alternate mobile number and gmail

No solution for this , have to wait for 6 months

I tried after one year also, it's not allowing

Mine was blocked too like this. One of the senior manager referred me and they somehow managed it. It is possible,but HR has to do it.
