Almost 7+ yrs of experience when gets promoted to Sr ? Please guide me
In Accenture, promotions are done as per below prioritised list. Some time pt 1 and 2 can be replaced
1 if you are your manager’s favourite
2. If you are a female
3. If you are from special category
4. If you are male and not covering any of above.
There can be more scenarios added before pt 4

Did you have a discussion with your manager for the June cycle promotion? If not, initiate the discussion now for the Dec cycle.
@President_Trump is it so...always do we need to initiate the talks ...y don't they give based on our Mal and performances???....and also y they are not so transparent with us...for the hikes and promotions..???
@Luckygurl "crying baby gets more milk" Like the same if you need promotion you need to initiate the conversation. Without demanding what you need, please don't expect that managers understand what you need. They want you to work, they don't care for anything (including your health). Promotions will be in the hands of MD of that account. Your manager should strongly recommend why you need to be promoted, how much cost you saved, what's the revenue company will get, will you be able to take up the work independently etc. there are many other things they will consider to decide on promotion. I waited for 2 and half years. I didn't get a promotion, I spoke 3 times on this subject. Finally i decided to move out and resigned. The more funny part is whoever resigns HR is calling and asking if you need early release.
What can I explain more?
