Trending @Infosys; When does typically appraisal cycle occurs for lateral hires.
L4 Who joined in April last year, didn't get the hike in this cycle so when can we expect the next appraisal cycle. Is this a annual thing or happens twice a year depending upon your doj?
Check grapevine around Dec 2025. Someone would've leaked the requirements for the hike that will be effective Jan 2026. You will be rated on your performance around Oct this year and you'll be able to see the ratings in Dec end or Jan beginning.
So the ratings that I got recently has of no use? Just because I joined in April I need to wait so long? Almost 2 yrs, infosys hike cycle sucks. Usually in other org. hike depends on MOJ.
Appraisal that leads to hikes should typically happen annually. However, this is Infosys. People have got hike after 2-3 years of service and that too low or single digits even with good rating. So, it’s better to keep your expectations low.
